(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – The Fundamental Rights (FR) Petition submitted by Ven. Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thero to the Supreme Court requesting an order preventing his arrest has been retracted.
The petition has been withdrawn through the attorney of the Thero by a request made when it was called Thursday morning (22) at the presence of a Tri-Personal Board of Judges majoring Chief Justice Priyasad Depp.
