(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – The three Army Personnel arrested over the assault on Journalist Keith Noyar back in 2008, have been remanded till the 23rd of this month.
This was after they were produced before the Mount Lavinia Magistrate yesterday.
The Police Media Spokesperson’s Office stated that the CID had arrested a Major and 2 other Personnel.
Keith Noyar who was the Deputy Editor of the Nation newspaper was abducted and assaulted on the 22nd of May 2008.
