UTV | COLOMBO – A school student had drowned in the Kithanawela Wewa in Athuraliya, Akuressa.
Yesterday, the student had suddenly disappeared while he was bathing in the tank.
Thereafter, the area residents who conducted a search in the tank found the body.
The victim was aged 16 and was studying in grade 11 at Athuraliya Maha Vidyalaya.
