(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – It is reported that the helicopter carrying the president to participate in a ceremony to distribute lands in Kilinochchi and kopapilav has returned back to Colombo.
The helicopter was unable to land due to the prevailing bad weather conditions, the helicopter has turned back and returned to Colombo, reportedly.
