(UDHAYAM, RATNAPURA) – The spill gates of the Kukule Ganga Dam are to be open and people who live around that area have been advised to be vigilant, the Disaster Management Centre (DMC) said.
The DMC extended the warning to those who live in areas around Agalawatta, Bulathsinhala, and Ingiriya.
